The Stepper Motor Three-Way Valve is a water outlet device that uses the mechanical push-pull action of a stepper motor to switch water circuits. It operates with a four-phase eight-beat drive (100 PPS, 24 steps/mm), a maximum stroke of 12 mm, a normal operating stroke of 10 mm, and achieves effective sealing at 8 mm. The valve features an anti-scaling O-ring seal and an NTC clamp-plate design. With its precise control, compact structure, reliable sealing, and smooth resetting, it is widely used for water circuit switching in heating and sanitary systems.

1. Extremely High-Precision Stroke Control
Conventional three-way valves typically perform only simple "fully open" or "fully closed" switching. In contrast, this stepper motor three-way valve adopts a four-phase eight-beat drive method (100 PPS), achieving a control precision of 24 steps/mm. It enables highly accurate valve displacement control — for example, sealing can be set at 8 mm, with a normal operating stroke of 10 mm and a maximum stroke of 12 mm.

2. Intelligent Reset and Seal Protection Logic
The stepper motor three-way valve can work with control programs to perform complex actions. For instance, during power-on reset, the stepper motor can first move 288 steps toward the heating side and then 288 steps toward the sanitary side to reset, followed by 72 steps toward the heating side to maintain a conductive (open) state between both ports. This design effectively prevents the seal from being compressed for extended periods, thereby extending its service life. Conventional three-way valves are generally incapable of achieving such intermediate dwell protection mechanisms.

3. Quantifiable Push-Pull Force and Anti-Fouling Optimization
The stepper motor provides stable and quantifiable push-pull forces (e.g., 55N, 85N). Huayi has conducted simulation analyses on the effect of these push-pull forces on the O-ring under high-temperature conditions, eliminating the fouling risk caused by the O-ring transitioning from a face seal to a combined face and radial seal. Furthermore, by increasing the chamfer of the connecting hole on the sealing end face from 0.5 mm × 45° to 0.8 mm × 70°, the clearance has been enlarged, further optimizing anti-fouling performance.
