This product is a high-precision safety valve, with a pressure relief accuracy improved by 53.3% compared to the original requirements, and the set pressure deviation is controlled within ±0.014 MPa. To achieve higher precision relief performance, systematic optimizations have been implemented in structure, materials, and processes: improving the dimensional accuracy of key components, optimizing the tolerance of spring compression height; increasing the hardness of the sealing seat to reduce pressure fluctuations caused by deformation; and optimizing wall thickness design to minimize dimensional deviations resulting from molding shrinkage. The solution is currently in the prototyping and validation phase. Through precision tooling and multiple rounds of optimization iterations, stable and reliable product performance is ensured.
